By accessing the WebSocial Studio website (websocialstudio.com), booking a growth audit session, or executing an official Service Level Agreement (SLA), you ("Client" or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

WebSocial Studio delivers performance-driven growth solutions including viral 9:16 short-form video production (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), headless Next.js web applications, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and paid ad management across Meta and Google networks.

Project timelines commence only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or initial retainer invoice and complete handover of client brand assets (logos, high-res products, ad account authorizations).

Delays caused by client-side feedback turnaround exceeding 5 business days will automatically extend delivery schedules without penalty to WebSocial Studio.

Upon settlement of all invoice balances for a specific milestone:

• Final Video Deliverables: All edited short-form reels, kinetic graphics, and campaign exports transfer to the client for unrestricted commercial distribution.
• Web Codebases: Custom frontend repositories, Next.js page components, and bespoke CSS styling become client property upon full payment.
• Proprietary Frameworks: WebSocial Studio retains ownership of internal scripts, algorithmic hook databases, testing matrix templates, and pre-existing code modules.

Monthly growth retainers are billed 30 days in advance on the 1st of each calendar month. Payments must be cleared via bank wire, UPI, or international corporate transfer within 7 days of invoice generation.

Late payments exceeding 14 calendar days incur a 1.5% monthly statutory interest fee and may result in temporary suspension of active ad spend management or video shoot scheduling.

All direct advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) are paid directly by the Client to the respective ad networks via the Client's linked billing profiles.

WebSocial Studio does not guarantee platform-level algorithm decisions, account verification badges, or unannounced ad network policy bans outside our reasonable operational control.

While WebSocial Studio has consistently engineered viral traction exceeding 50M+ organic views for verified partner brands, marketing results depend on external variables such as consumer demand, product quality, and social network algorithmic shifts.

In no event shall WebSocial Studio's aggregate financial liability exceed the total retainer fees paid by the client in the 2 months preceding any dispute.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under this agreement.
